Sarkari KYP Kya Hai? Bihar Skill Development Mission Ki Yojana
Bihar government ne apne “Saat Nishchay” ke tehat “Aarthik Hal, Yuvaon Ko Bal” ke andar **Kushal Yuva Program (KYP)** launch kiya tha. Isko log pyar se sarkari kyp ke naam se jaante hain. Yeh program Bihar Skill Development Mission (BSDM) chala raha hai, jo Labour Resources Department ke under kaam karta hai. Isme youth ko Hindi-English communication skills, basic computer knowledge aur employability skills free mein sikhaya jaata hai. Training approved centers pe hoti hai aur certificate bhi milta hai jo job ke liye kaam aata hai.
Program 16 December 2016 se shuru hua tha aur ab tak 31 lakh se zyada admissions ho chuke hain. 1832 se zyada training centers 38 districts mein chal rahe hain. April 2026 mein bhi admission open the – 1 April se 20 April 2026 tak (abhi bhi last days chal rahe hain!). Yeh purely state-level scheme hai, sirf Bihar ke residents ke liye.
Sarkari KYP Mein Kaun Apply Kar Sakta Hai? Eligibility Criteria
Eligibility bahut simple hai, lekin dhyan se padh lo:
- Bihar ka resident hona zaroori hai
- Umar 15 se 28 saal (general category)
- SC/ST ke liye age limit 30-33 saal tak relaxed
- OBC ke liye 28-31 saal tak
- PwD (Persons with Disability) ke liye bhi extra relaxation
- Minimum 10th pass (matriculation) – chahe aap higher education kar rahe ho ya complete kar chuke ho
- 20-25 saal ke kuch youth jo self-help allowance le rahe hain, unke liye training compulsory hai
Note: Agar aap already higher degree kar rahe ho toh bhi apply kar sakte ho – koi problem nahi.

- 10th marksheet aur passing certificate
- Resident certificate (Bihar domicile proof)
- Bank passbook (account details ke liye)
- PAN Card (kuch centers maangte hain)
- MGNREGA Job Card (agar ho toh)
- PwD certificate (agar applicable ho)

Step-by-Step Apply Process – Sarkari KYP Mein Kaise Enroll Kare
Application pura online + offline mix hai. Follow karo yeh steps:
- Online Registration: Jaao official portal pe – https://www.7nishchay-yuvaupmission.bihar.gov.in/. “New Registration” pe click karo aur personal details, mobile, email daalo. Username aur password SMS/email pe aa jayega.
- Login aur Form Fill: Login karo, personal information form bharo aur “Kushal Yuva Program” select karo.
- DRCC Visit: Online apply ke 60 din ke andar apne district ke District Registration and Counseling Center (DRCC) jaao. Subah 10 baje se shaam 5 baje tak khula rehta hai. Saath mein saare documents le jaao.
- Document Verification: DRCC wale verify karenge. Approved hone pe training center allot ho jayega.
- Training Start: Allotted center pe jaakar classes shuru karo. Training usually 3 mahine ki hoti hai.
